Refund Policy
This Refund Policy is governed by UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection and its executive regulations. VoxMagna is committed to fair and transparent refund practices in compliance with UAE consumer protection law.

Overview
VoxMagna provides digital SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) products. All payments are processed by Ziina (ziina.com), a UAE-licensed payment gateway. As a UAE-based consumer protection matter, we provide clear and fair terms for refunds.
Our refund policy distinguishes between:
- Subscription plans — recurring monthly or annual billing (charged via Ziina)
- One-time credit packs — additional credits purchased separately (charged via Ziina)
All refund requests must be submitted in writing (email) to info@voxmagna.com. Verbal or chat-based requests are not accepted for refund processing.
Subscription Plans
VoxMagna offers both monthly and annual subscription billing. All payments are processed through Ziina. Subscription fees are charged at the start of each billing period. The following rules apply:
Eligible for refund
- Full refund if you cancel and request a refund within 48 hours of the initial subscription charge, provided that you have not consumed more than 20 credits during that period.
- Annual plans: Pro-rata refund if cancelled within 30 days of the annual renewal date, provided fewer than 10% of the annual credit allowance has been consumed.
- Annual plans: If you cancel after 30 days but before 6 months, you may be eligible for a partial refund of the unused full months remaining, at VoxMagna's discretion.
Not eligible for refund
- Refunds are not provided for the current billing period once the 48-hour cooling-off window has passed (monthly plans).
- No refund is provided when cancellation is made mid-cycle — your plan remains active until the end of the paid period.
- No refund for annual plans after 6 months of the billing period have elapsed.
- No refund if your account has been suspended or terminated due to a breach of our Terms of Service.
Cancellation can be performed at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not alter access for the current billing cycle. Annual subscribers retain access until the end of the 12-month period.
Credit Packs
Credit packs are one-time purchases of additional credits.
Eligible for refund
- Unused credits from a credit pack purchase may be refunded within 14 days of purchase, provided that none of the credits from that specific pack have been consumed.
- Partial refunds are not available — the entire purchased pack must be unused to qualify.
Not eligible for refund
- Credits that have been consumed (used for AI replies, posts, ideas, or image generation) are non-refundable.
- Credit packs older than 14 days are non-refundable regardless of usage.
- Monthly plan credits included with a subscription are non-refundable as part of the subscription fee.
Service Defect Refunds
Under UAE Consumer Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 15 of 2020, Article 15), you are entitled to a remedy where the Service is materially defective. A "material defect" means:
- The core automation features (auto-reply, auto-post) are completely non-functional for a continuous period of more than 72 hours due to a fault on our part (excluding third-party platform outages).
- Credits are deducted from your account without any corresponding action being performed, and VoxMagna has been unable to restore those credits.
In such cases, you may be entitled to:
- Credit restoration for consumed credits due to a verified Service defect, or
- Pro-rata refund for days the Service was materially unavailable (calculated as daily rate × affected days).
Service downtime caused by third-party platforms (X/Twitter API outages, Apify downtime, Anthropic API issues) does not qualify as a defect on VoxMagna's part and is not eligible for refunds.
Non-Refundable Situations
The following are expressly non-refundable under this Policy:
- Dissatisfaction with AI-generated content quality where the Service itself functioned correctly.
- X account suspension or ban by X Corp resulting from your use of our Service.
- Failure to achieve desired growth, engagement, or follower outcomes.
- Accidental upgrade or plan change — please contact us within 48 hours if this occurs.
- Unused credits remaining at account termination due to Terms of Service breach.
- Purchases made using promotional, discounted, or trial pricing (unless otherwise stated in the promotion).
How to Request a Refund

2Include: Your registered email address, the specific charge amount and date, reason for the refund request, and any supporting details (e.g., transaction ID from your email receipt).

3We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. We may request additional information to verify eligibility.

4If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within the timeframe stated below.
Processing Time
All payments are processed through Ziina, a UAE-licensed payment gateway. Once a refund is approved:
- Credit/debit cards (via Ziina): 5–10 business days (depending on your issuing bank).
- Apple Pay / digital wallets (via Ziina): 3–5 business days.
Payments are charged in AED (UAE Dirham) at the USD-equivalent rate displayed at checkout. Refunds are issued in AED to the original payment method. Your bank may apply currency conversion fees for non-AED accounts; these are outside our control.
You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated from our side.
Disputes
If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your refund request, you may:
- Escalate within VoxMagna by emailing info@voxmagna.com — we will review your case at management level within 10 business days.
- Contact the UAE Ministry of Economy – Consumer Protection Department to file a formal consumer complaint.
- Initiate a chargeback through your payment provider or Ziina. Please note that we cooperate fully with payment provider dispute processes and will provide all relevant documentation.
Disputes are governed by UAE law, and any legal proceedings shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Emirate of Dubai.
